Trading Terms & Export Execution

Commercial Terms

CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) - USD basis.
Sizing, class, and final specification agreed prior to loading.
All shipments subject to export compliance and quality approval.

Payment Terms

90% of invoice value payable upon vessel loading against presentation of full set of clean shipping documents.
10% balance payable upon delivery at destination port, subject to cargo inspection received in good order.
Terms subject to seasonal commercial review and mutual agreement.

Logistical Documents

Bill of Lading / Sea Waybill.
Export Certificate.
Certificate of Origin.
Packing List.

Quality & Compliance Documents

Global G.A.P. Certification.
Pre-Harvest Spray Records.
Post-Harvest Spray Records.
MRL (Maximum Residue Limit) Analysis.
GRASP / SIZA Certification (where available).
